How To Make: Bake time may vary depending on equipment. You Will Need: 6 tbsp unsalted butter (softened); 1 large egg; 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1. Cream softened butter and 1/2 cup cookie mix with electric mixer at medium speed about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add remaining cookie mix, mixing at low speed until all dry mix is combined. 3. For ease in handling, refrigerate dough 1 hour (place dough onto large piece of plastic wrap. Flatten into a 5-inch round. Fold wrap over dough to completely cover). Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center. 4. Lightly grease or use cooking spray on baking sheets. 5. Scoop 1 rounded tablespoon of dough and place about 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets. 6. Bake 8-11 minutes until golden brown. (Be careful not to over bake). Cool 1-2 minutes before removing from baking sheet to cooling rack. Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package.
